What currency are the prices shown in?
All prices on the site are in Australian Dollars (AUD $).

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and then shipped. Delivery typically takes 6–12 business days within Australia.

When will I get my tracking number?
Tracking information is emailed to you immediately after your order ships.

Can I return my order if I’m not happy with it?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return the item to us for a full refund. You must cover the return shipping cost. Please include your name and order number with the returned parcel.
Note: If your package is still in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before returning it.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order without penalty before it ships. If your order has already been dispatched, please use our return process to get a refund.

I entered an incorrect shipping address. What should I do?
If you provided an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email immediately to notify us. We can update your shipping address within 24 hours of your order. After 24 hours, no changes can be made and refunds will not be issued for incorrect addresses.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes an average of 6–12 business days within Australia after processing.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Australia.
