Return & Refund Policy

At Harlenrow, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


When can you get a refund or replacement?

  • You want to return an item that falls within our return conditions.

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

  • Your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after purchase.

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please log into your account and submit a return request. Don’t forget to include photos or videos — this helps us resolve your issue faster. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.


What items can’t be returned?

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

  • Items that show signs of use or damage caused by you


How to return an item

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to send back items that meet our return conditions:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition you received it

  • All parts and packaging are included

  • The reason for return fits one of the allowed return reasons

Please note: We provide return shipping labels to make the process easier, but the cost of return shipping is always paid by the customer. Returns must be sent to:

Return shipping costs can be up to €25 and are non-refundable.

Before sending anything back, please email us at info@harlenrow.com to request a return authorization. Returns without approval won’t be accepted.


Late deliveries

We aim to deliver your order within 8 business days, but sometimes delays happen due to customs or other unforeseen issues beyond our control.

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date (like a birthday or holiday) and don’t offer refunds for late deliveries. Once your order is shipped, it can’t be canceled.

If your order doesn’t arrive within 30 days, it’s considered lost. In that case, you can ask for a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.


Who pays return shipping?

You do. We send you a return label for convenience, but the cost is your responsibility.

If your order was part of a Buy 1, Get 1 Free deal, you’ll need to return both items to get a full refund.


I got a defective or wrong item — what now?

Submit a return request via your account and upload clear photos or a video of the issue. Without visual proof, we can’t process your claim. Once verified, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.


When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and approve your return at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund within 2 business days. Keep in mind, return shipping usually takes 5–7 business days.

After we process your refund, your bank might take 3–5 days to make the money visible in your account.


My package was returned to sender — what should I do?

This can happen if:

  • You didn’t pick up the package — contact your local courier to arrange delivery again.

  • You gave the wrong address — check with your local post office using your tracking number.

  • You refused to pay customs or other fees — contact us so we can help you resolve this.


How do I start a return?

  2. If approved, we’ll send you instructions and a return shipping label.

  3. Send your item to the address above.

  4. When we get your return and check it, we’ll issue your refund.
